The Uniting Church SA General Secretary, Rev Dr Graham Humphris, has announced that Rev Dr Steve Taylor has been appointed as Principal, Uniting College for Leadership & Theology, for a period of three years commencing mid 2012.

Steve will serve as Principal for a three year period while Rev Dr Andrew Dutney serves as Uniting Church President.

Steve’s passion for mission and leadership are well known. He has a track record of innovation and he is committed to continuing to make the vision for the Uniting College a reality.

Please continue to pray for the College staff, the Leadership Development Council, Andrew as he prepares to become President, and Steve and his family in these times of transition.

Here are some of the College Community, Staff and Students who attended the last Leadership Formation Day for 2011.

A group will be meeting during semester 1, 2012 to read and study Greek texts
with one of SA’s finest Greek scholars, Dr. Carl Gross, translation consultant with the Bible Society.

Uniting College for Leadership & Theology is opening up this opportunity for wider participation. Tuesday mornings, 9.00-12.00, commencing 28 February.
